More information about the Open Day here.

Legal basis

We operate on the basis of the Act of July 2, 2004 on the freedom of economic activity  on the basis of an educational project  "Miracles on Kiju Forest kindergarten in French".

After efforts

Meals during the day include:

  • II breakfast 11:00 - parents put in their backpacks by their parents, eaten outside in the garden or in the forest,

  • two-course dinner with a healthy dessert eaten around 2 p.m.

Dinners and desserts are provided by Szklarnia Zdrowia - Dietetic catering specializing in healthy and dietary nutrition for children and adults.

We eat meals together, without haste, at the table outside.

Children in the open air do not need to be persuaded to eat.

We do not serve sweets to children in kindergarten. Children are given water to drink.
Due to the nature of outdoor education, please bring your children after breakfast.

rest

Children rest outside according to their needs and weather. Some need sleep, others just quiet.
We provide hammocks, mats, warm blankets. We encourage you to bring individual sleeping bags that provide adequate insulation and comfort during the colder months.

Clothes

Our motto is "Children are with us  so clean as to be healthy and so dirty as to be happy. "

Clothes must be suitable for the weather.  They are supposed to help keep you warm and protect you from water, while not restricting your movements. They do not have to be expensive, they can be used, the most important thing is that they fulfill their role well.

Will be needed:

  • Waterproof  trousers and jacket with hood and / or overalls

  • Wellington boots, higher hiking boots, winter boots

  • Long warm socks to keep your feet warm

  • Turtlenecks or thin fleece with a high collar to protect the neck.

  • Headgear;  In  cap in summer, cap in winter  balaclava and warm hat. Cotton cap during the transitional period.

  • Waterproof gloves. We need at least two dry pairs a day.

Remarks:

  • Let us not choose new, expensive clothes for children. The most important thing is protection against the cold and freedom of movement.

  • We always put the legs of waterproof trousers over the shoes, so that the water will not run off and soak the socks.

  • We select clothes with a hood.

  • We put on onion rings. It's always better to have something to undress than to get cold.

  • In warm seasons  we choose bright clothes.

  • We prefer breathable ones  fabrics and clothing intended for activity or sports.

  • Instead of cotton, we choose  durable, elastic, water-absorbing wool.

  • A bit too large size of winter boots and boots  will enable  putting on an additional pair of socks and protecting your feet from getting cold.

Tongue

The leading language in communication with children is French.

The language of communication between teachers and staff with parents is Polish, French or English.

Each group is looked after by two tutors. In the first period of the child's stay in the kindergarten, an additional person supports communication between teachers and children in Polish or English, depending on which language is more comprehensible to the child.

We invite children of various nationalities and religions to join the group.
The great potential of a preschool child allows him to open up to a foreign language, even when it is not used at home.
Meetings with enthusiasts and experts are held in Polish and French.
